Created to recognize fisherman who do it themselves. Who have to rebuild an outboard, repack bearings, catch the bait, and navigate the waters. Who triple check the gear, and make sure they have every permit and title imaginable to comply with the law. For those who would rather release a world record than have it die to win a tournament or gain recognition.
